How I Got Started
Early in my career I was a single mom raising 5 children on my own. I didn’t come from a luxurious life. Instead, I had no fear of hard work and a determination to be better and want better and give my family better and a much better life. I know that in myself I can be successful like other people I saw around me. By utilizing GRIT and coming from the frontier of Alaska (NOT Beverly Hills) I became a super-successful real estate agent/broker and multi-millionaire.
What I Want for the Industry: Adding Value
I want to change the industry so each and every day agents have the help and support they need to join the 8% of agents who do over 4 transactions. Even more, I want agents to go above and beyond to earn $100,000 consistently. Then going onward to earning over $250,000 a year, really setting their lives up forever!!

I set out to build a super team, and I have! Based on what I did to get to where I am in my life now, I have surrounded my team with the best real estate talent from around the world in my leadership team members. As a result, we have all the systems, strategies, and processes in place to add value by helping the agents who join our team not just be successful, but to truly change their lives!
